1. Who provides the service
Lockbah is a software-as-a-service product operated by Rezuan bin Kassim. Until a registered business or company is formed and published on this site, references to "we", "us", and "our" mean Rezuan bin Kassim trading under the Lockbah product name.
These Terms apply when you access Lockbah, create an account, start a trial, subscribe, buy LIVE Credits, configure printers, or use any Lockbah workflow.
2. What Lockbah does
Lockbah helps TikTok LIVE sellers manage live selling sessions, read and organize live comments, lock products for buyers, keep live session history, and send receipt or label print jobs through configured printer services.
Lockbah is not TikTok, TikTok Shop, Paddle, PrintNode, or any other third-party platform. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, rules, and account requirements.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update your account details if they change. We may require email verification before you can access subscription or dashboard features.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, operators, packers, or other team members who use your login or workspace.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and LIVE Credits
Paid access is provided through subscription plans. Subscription checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle or another payment processor shown at checkout. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, taxes, and renewal details are shown before payment is confirmed.
A free trial, if offered, gives temporary access for the stated trial period. Unless checkout says otherwise, a payment method may be required and the selected subscription may renew automatically after the trial ends.
LIVE Credits are usage allowances for successful product-lock workflows and related usage-based features. Monthly LIVE Credits reset according to your plan. Purchased top-up credits carry forward and expire after 12 months unless the checkout or product page says a different period.
5. Printer and third-party setup
Printing depends on your hardware, network, browser, operating system, PrintNode account, PrintNode client, printer driver, and printer configuration. You are responsible for keeping those items available and correctly configured.
If you provide PrintNode credentials, API keys, printer identifiers, shop names, paper dimensions, or label settings, you confirm that you are authorized to use them with Lockbah.
6. Acceptable use
You must use Lockbah lawfully and only for legitimate live selling, operations, printing, and related business workflows.
- Do not use Lockbah to infringe intellectual property, violate platform rules, mislead buyers, or process unlawful orders.
- Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data, payment card data, identity document numbers, passwords, health data, or other information that the workflow does not require.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service, disrupt availability, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or access another user account.
7. Your data and content
You keep ownership of business data you submit to Lockbah, including product details, live session records, comments, product locks, shop names, and printer settings. You give us permission to process that data to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for having the required rights, notices, and consents before entering buyer, viewer, employee, or customer information into Lockbah.
8. Service changes and availability
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or replace features where reasonably needed to maintain the product, improve security, comply with law, respond to third-party platform changes, or operate the business.
We aim to keep Lockbah available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Availability can be affected by maintenance, internet outages, hosting providers, Paddle, PrintNode, TikTok, browsers, devices, or printers.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, uses the service abusively, fails to pay amounts due, or causes harm to the service or other users.
You may stop using Lockbah at any time. Ending use does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless cancellation is completed through the account billing flow, Paddle, or the support channel we provide.
10. Intellectual property
Lockbah, its software, user interface, product design, brand assets, workflows, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Lockbah to you.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Lockbah except as allowed by these Terms or a written agreement with us.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Lockbah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every printer, live selling setup, business process, or marketplace requirement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for claims relating to Lockbah is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Malaysian law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you a non-excludable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the effective date will show when the current version applies.
